    Ashwaghanda / gotu kola / nettle / brahmi / spearmint

    Ashwaghanda (Withania somnifera)

    Also known as Withania, Ashwaghanda is a general body tonic, easing stress and improving memory. Ashwaghanda has been traditionally used to promote recovery after illness and support mental clarity.

    Gotu Kola (centella asiatica)

    Gotu Kola stimulates circulation of blood in the brain, and has a calming affect on other areas of the body. Gotu Kola has been shown to increase mental function, enhance memory and concentration. 

    Nettle (Urtica dioica) 

    Nettle is high in nutrients and is used to strengthen the whole body including the endocrine system and support immunity. Nettle also improves circulation, naturally supporting energy production.

    Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri)

    Brahmi has been used for more than 3000 years in Ayurvedic medicine for enhancing circulation to the brain, thus supporting short and long-term memory. Brahmi is also a known adaptogen, helping to counteract the effects of stress in the body.

    Spearmint (Mentha spicata) 

    Spearmint is high in antioxidants, protecting the cells from damage. Spearmint has traditionally been used to support cognitive function, improve concentration and memory.
